What size Kenkoh should I order?

MOST STYLES OF KENKOH RUN TRUE TO SIZE (US SIZES). HERE ARE SOME GUIDELINES:

If you are a half size and you are ordering from the Spirit or Chai collection, we recommend you go to the next size up. Otherwise, go a half size down. For example, if your size is US Ladies 7 ½ and you are ordering a Chai Champagne, you should order Kenkoh size 25 (see chart below). If you are ordering a Balance Brown, you should order Kenkoh size 24.
The Serenity and Balance collections tend to run wider than the others.
The Chai collection runs narrower than the others.

I received my Kenkohs and tried them on, but how do I know if I ordered the correct size?

There should be at least two rows of nodules in front of your toes and behind your heels.

The US size on the box is not what I ordered. Should I return them?

The green box your Kenkoh’s arrived in has a sticker showing a picture of the sandal and four size numbers. Please note that the US size depicted is the US Ladies size even though the sandal is unisex (US Ladies size also appears on the bottom of your Kenkoh’s). US Men’s sizes are always US Ladies size minus 1.

For example, if you ordered a US Men’s size 6, the sticker on your box sticker and your Kenkoh sandals will show US 7 together with 24 cm.
The top number SIZE 24 cm is the Kenkoh Size, the measurement in cm of the insole at the center line.
The sticker also shows European and UK equivalents. We’re grateful that people around the world are reaping the benefits of Kenkoh!
